The name of the girl...

was Kim. I don't know why but I still think about her every once in a while. But she could never replace my wife. My wife is the best person I could ever have in my life. I don't have to worry about her smothering and hovering over everything I do. We let each other live the way we want to live. She is a democrat and I am a republican. She was raised with proper etiquette...I was not. She is in to musicals and I am in to horror and Rodney type comedy movies. She likes to read...I do not. She can't spell...I can. I edit all of her stories...even the ones she wrote while we were in journalism together.(HS) We are pretty much exact opposites. I for some reason was always attracted to what was socially and academically the opposite of me. If she was articulate...I was on the chase. If she was more mature than me...look out! Usually I caught up with them too. But to this day I still wonder what it would have been like if I had stayed with Kim. Anyway...TTFN!!

How much is he getting at Ford Motor Company??

Now Ford is paying their top executive, Alan Mulally, $28 million dollars for 4 months of work!? Something is wrong here. How can they lay off people that are making on average of $60,000 a year but still pay someone enough money to pay 466 people @ $60,000 a year?? It's no wonder why the american car companies are in trouble right now. Way too many dealers. Not enough quality. Bad relations between the manufacturer and the dealer. The list goes on.

Why is the Ford dealership I used to work at still closed??

Ford is paying big money to keep a Ford dealership site away from a dealer group. The group wants to put an import dealership on that site. But Ford pay almost $50,000 a month to keep them out. The dealership has been closed for two and a half years now. By the time the site control runs out on Ford...they will have paid out over $2,000,000. (Mar 2009) I can think of a few Ford employees, that lost their jobs, that could sure use that money. The building is just a shell now. Everything was sold off. Release the hold Ford!!!
